Math Rules! 
(Grades 1-5) The most important rule in this math class is FUN. Through games, puzzles, art, literature and more, students will have fun discovering math in the world around us. As we play games and make games, grades 1-2 will cover concepts such as addition, subtraction, place value, estimating, patterns, spatial relationships and geometry, while grades 3-5 will also include multiplication, division, fractions, decimals, and percentages. We'll practice creative thinking and problem solving, as well as teamwork and sportsmanship. This is not your everyday "sit at your desk" math class! In Math Rules!, we're up on our feet with cards in our hands, dice in our pockets, and brains ready to go to meet any math challenge! Each two-week session will be new and different, so it is possible to register for all 4 weeks.
The tuition includes a $10 materials fee.
