Why study Chinese? One fifth of the planet speaks Chinese. Mandarin Chinese is the mother tongue of over 873 million people, making it the most widely spoken first language in the world. Learning Chinese is a rewarding experience, through which you can immerse yourself in the culture of one of the world's oldest civilizations. Through this course, you will learn the basic pronunciation system of Chinese language and the basic writing of Chinese characters. Also, you will learn the culture through songs, movies, board games, handcraft, calligraphy, etc. The tuition includes a $20 materials fee. Limited to first 14 students.
