Quiz Bowl Boot Camp 

Entering grades 6-7

Over the past few years, the Middlesex Quiz Bowl Team has developed into a national powerhouse. They compete all over the country against the best middle school quiz bowl teams. How did they get so good? They practiced! This camp is open to all Middlesex students who are entering 6th or 7th grade and who are interested in playing for the Middle School Quiz Bowl team in the 2016-2017 school year. This two-week camp will feature a combination of lectures, research, practices, and tournaments. This program is designed to teach players the rules and strategies of Quiz Bowl as well as help them develop their knowledge of fundamental Middle School Quiz Bowl facts in order to be better prepared to compete on a local and national level in the coming school year.

Mrs. Ivey and Mr. Romeo have been working with the Middlesex Quiz Bowl Team since 2008. In that time, the program has risen to become one of the best in the entire country.
