Baseball Hitters & Pitchers Boot Camp

This skill-specific camp will focus on proper mechanics and fundamentals in hitting and pitching.  Every player will rotate through a hitting session and a pitching session each day.  The hitting portion will focus on drills to improve such important hitting concepts as balance, timing, rotation / weight transfer, swing path, and swing efficiency.  The pitching portion will focus on developing such important pitching concepts as balance, stride, drive, arm slot, follow through, and arm maintenance.  The pitching portion will be more mechanics based than throwing based so that players who are in-season will not overuse their arms. Instructors will use an individualized approach to enhance the learning experience for each player, and the consistent repetitions players will take during the week will develop tangible results.  Players who are serious about developing their hitting and pitching skills will learn a lot from this camp!
