Entering grades 2-4
Non-Fiction Reading! Students will explore various topics including: animals, US states, famous landmarks, countries from around the world, biographies, planets, inventions and more! Each week students will read nonfiction texts, research information on a specific topic, build on their background knowledge, ask questions, collaborate with a partner, and complete related writing activities. If you are curious about the world around you, then this is the class for you!
Class size limited to 10 per session. ($10 materials fee included.)
