During this class students will practice breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures. They will gain an understanding of how yoga increases strength, flexibility and relaxation.
Students are encouraged to sign up for the corresponding Dance around the World Class:
Grades K-2: Yoga 8:30am-9:30am & Dance 9:30am-10:30am
Grades 3-5: Yoga 10:30am-11:30am & Dance 11:30am-12:30pm
