Entering grades 2-8
In this engaging class students will learn the fundamentals of yoga and how to express themselves through art. Afternoons spent twisting, balancing, toning, and stretching followed by drawing, molding, painting and creating makes for a whole mind and body workout. Students will explore the challenging poses; such as, crow pose and half moon while also flowing through the sun salutations. Artistically, we will explore drawing, painting, printmaking, sculpting, mixed media and bookmaking!
Tuition includes a $30 materials fee.
