This program is designed for students both new and experienced in physical education and physical activities. Participants will learn body control, spatial awareness, and cooperative skills while experiencing fun and engaging activities. Examples include sharks and minnows, flag tag, freeze dance, musical hoops, magical monsters tag, and many more. Participants will also get a chance to learn how to move in open space and develop hand-eye coordination using bean bags, hula hoops, yarn balls, scoops, and much more! Participants will have time to eat lunch before playing if they are coming from a class that ends at 12:30pm.
