Camp Invention®-WONDER!
Children are the first astronauts to land on Mars in the M.A.R.S. (Moving at Rocket Speed) module and act as engineers improving safety features of vehicles and skateboards in the Spills and Chills module; they also create innovative artwork that incorporates the use of recyclable materials in the Art Park module. In the I Can Invent III module, younger children take apart discarded household appliances and create fantasy inventions, while older children use the pieces and parts to build Rube Goldberg machines. Also featured is the Global Games module, where children explore ancient cultures and sports like lacrosse and soccer from civilizations around the world. Local educators facilitate the program modules, and enthusiastic high school and college students serve as program counselors. To register click HERE !
