Entering grades 2-4
Non-Fiction Reading! Students will explore various topics including: Animals, US states, Famous Landmarks, Countries from Around the World, Biographies, Planets, Inventions and more! Each week students will read nonfiction texts, research information on a specific topic, build on their background knowledge, ask questions, collaborate with a partner, and complete related writing activities. If you are curious about the world around you, this is the class for you! Class size limited to 10 students per session. A $10 materials fee is included in the tuition.
