Dance Fundamentals

Entering grades 6-12

Ever since music was invented, people have loved dancing to it. Dance is a great way to get physical exercise and it promotes healthy social skills and teamwork. In this class, students will be given the opportunity to learn simple developmentally-appropriate choreography. The staff will foster teamwork and encourage our students to explore the relationship of music to emotion and how that translates to the movement of our bodies. This class is open to all students of all ages who love to sing and dance.
